The new route is the neighborhood loop. I took it for a test run today and 1 complete run at top speed is enough to get the legs burning.
Side note: Apparently we aren't fully known in the hood yet, as I got one offer to help me push it home.
Training for the mud run kind of put an end to car pushing as I've been to worn out from running/gym to push. The mud run is a couple days away though and pushing is back. Come rejoin the fun!
